Discord announced the launch of three new AI experiments, including the AI chatbot Clyde, AutoMod AI, and Conversation Summaries, and launched an AI incubator. Among them, starting next week, Clyde will use OpenAI technology to open to users, including answering questions and expanding conversations with friends, just enter @Clyde in the server, you can chat with Clyde in any channel. In addition, Automod AI will use OpenAI technology to find and alert Moderators when server rules may be broken, while reminding the context of the conversation, and the experiment will be opened in some servers starting today. Conversation Summaries allows bundling message streams into topics. Additionally, Discord has launched Avatar Remix to build social AI experiences, allowing remixing of each other's avatars using generative image models. Regarding AI incubators, last fall, Discord announced the creation of its first ecosystem fund, committing $5 million to fund strategic partners, developers, and early-stage startups. This AI incubator provides resources for developers looking to build AI on Discord.
